One Vehicle Crashes into a Tree Resulting in Death in Maryland

According to officials, one person has passed away after a car accident in Montgomery County on Sunday night.
Around 10 p.m., the Montgomery County Police Department got a call for a single vehicle accident near the intersection of Shady Grove Road and Briardale Road.
A member of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service named Pete Piringer stated that the crew responded to the call and found the driver trapped inside of his vehicle. There were no other occupants.
The same representative shared some images on X of the vehicle being wrapped around a tree near the intersection.
There are officials working to determine what caused this fatal car crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
